I am currently unemployed by the railroad and have always wanted to work on an oil rig. I have done some research on a roustabout/roughneck position but yet have not really found a good standard for building a resume with no prior experience. I have gotten a lot of scam emails saying im hired. I believe that's due to filling out some of the oil job seeker websites. Just wondering if anybody has some insight on how to truly build a noticeable resume w/cover letter.
