Oil Rigs Entry level Offshore job

I am BE(Electronics)from Mumbai University, India. I am desperately looking for an offshore job in oil industry. I ahave no previous experience offshore but a 6yrs of telecom experience in an telecom ISP company.
i sincerely wish that i get a job as an entry-level on offshore. Can you suggest for me the way to obtain?
