Oil Rig Employment Help

Hi , i was wondering if anyone out there can help me . I am a 23 year old man currently seeking emplyment offshore . I saved up myself and sat my RGIT last january , so it is almost 2 years now and i have had no luck atall with getting offshore . I have applyed to hunndreds of jobs and ushaly get the same answer " sorry your skill do not match " . I dont have a trade behind me , but have recently started an nc engineering practice course in my local collage to try get my foot in the door .
