i may not have worked off shore.your comments were i little condecending.recommending i go for assistant cook.i have many transferable skills.i have many tallents and qualifications 2 match any chef / manager.am also computer litterate.i have experiance in menu planning and creating.tation accounting.i have extensive knawledge in indian italian nepalese.german qusine.i am also a very good baker and pastry chef and specialise in this field so an assistant cook and not even a chef is very is very condisending
