If you have drilling experience then the oil field is desperately looking for people. I suggest you get on the phone to all the drilling companies including offshore Gulf of mexico operators. If you show competence you will soon rise through the ranks to driller. Al companies are still offering on the job training and its a rapidly changing and different industry since you were last in it, technology has changed. Advice? get your Resume updated an get on the phone!
