My outboard will run great and after I stopp and fish a while when I take off it starves for fuel any ideas what could cause this?

I have replaced fuel lines, primer bulb, cleaned vent and my boat does the same thing. I will run great all away across lake until I start it up again then starves for fuel rest of the day, I have to keep pumping bulb to get fuel why is that? |
