My Mercury is a 2013 model and my workers ran 2 stroke fuel for a day then I changed it, it ran fine for a couple of days then in idle it overheated and went into gaurd mode.
I've changed the water separate oil, filters , spark plugs cleaned the injectors and Mercury agent within Fiji where I'm based ran a diognostics test and the report said no faults found. But once it revs to 2800 rpm it spit a splatter missing and running on 10 pec.
