mercury, 4 stroke 150 hp 2012

both batteries fully charged. key switch replaced. Tether switch replaced. Starter motor removed, solenoid replaced and bench tested (all good). starter engages flywheel and stops.won't spin flywheel.

Sounds like it may be a locked up motor

Is there a pull cord option ?

If sooo then try and Pull Start it
-
If you cant turn motor over then you may have a damaged motor and it is locked tight
