Hello I have a 1980’s mercury 35 I prime the bulb and starts right up idles well then it stalls I can keep priming the bulb and it will run fine and in hi rpms it sounds funny and some vibe rating but thinking its starving for fuel and my gas tank doesn't have a vent tube? Also I have a inline fuel pump that I am currently using but the same thing accures. There is a brand new bulb,and lines just for info. I also put a inline filter I am trying to avoid the high price boat mechanic hope you can help.
