I have a Mercury 25hp 2 stroke, 2002 model. This motor is manual start. A friend gave me a similar motor, non working, with electric start. I would like to remove the electric start items from this motor and put them on my motor. I know that I have to swap the flywheel, start motor, and solenoid. I have never done this before and would like some help on how to proceed. It appears that there are a lot of wires that must be connected. Any help will be appreciated.
