Shifting into reverse issue. When I have the motor hooked up to muffs and running with water from hose for cooling, it shifts into reverse and forward perfectly. No grinding, just solid shifting. However, when the motor is launched and parked at the dock, forward shift is perfect. Reverse tries, but no go. I can however, start the motor with it in reverse sometimes. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
