Starts up fine but will only go up to 5 mph. Then bog down and stop running. I put in a new twistconnection to motor, a new squeeze bulb because the one on the boat never firmed up, 3 new plugs and a replacement middle coil because it wasnt sparking there. All this and still only goes 5 mph ??????
