Engine idles well, when warm, has to be manually idled up when cold. Then won't flatten out above 2,000 RPM, occasionally momentarily stalls and comes back. I have replaced the spark plugs, compression 100 plus on each cylinders, verified spark at each plug with inline spark tester. Top two cylinders show real change in idle when plug wires are pulled, bottom two not much.
