how much would a chef position pay for a chef with 8 years experience ranging from resturant to pub meals

All oil rigs and ships have cooks (or chefs)and this means drilling rigs and more. As most drillships and other offshore installations often use catering contractors I would suggest you contact them, and I would not know salary levsl as it varies quite a lot
