I have replaced stator, timer base, starter, starter solenoid, power pack, spark plugs, regulator and fuel filter. I disconnected the black and yellow connector (emergency kill switch) at the power pack and it started. But now it starts and then bogs out 3-4 seconds later. i try to adjust the carburetors but I cant seem to get them to the right point and also the timer screw isn't helping at all either. my spark plugs look a little black and a bit oily. any suggestions to what i can look at next would be appreciated.
