My 40 hp johnson started having a metallic tap after running a few minutes at the lake, when i got it home and started investigating i finally found one of the stater plate screws had come loose and was hitting the flywheel, this took care of the metallic tap issue, but now it idles fine but will bog and run rough on acceleration, i have installed new power pack, new sensor, new coil and new plugs and still bogs,
