Engine starts and idles fine. Under power off idle the engine feels like it drops a cylinder. Runs rough and shakes. As soon as you increase the throttle is instantly seems to pick up that cylinder and has great power the rest of the way. It runs like this every time. I've changed plugs and no different. TIA
