Johnson 25 HP 1974 Electric Start

My Johnson 25 HP has been stored in my garage for 12 years and I now have opportunity to sell but wondering IF it will run and how to treat it should it start. Ran fine the last time out and has less that 25 total hours logged. No rust on outside and engine looks pretty much like I left it 12 years ago.

Wat should I do before cranking to avoid harming the engine and should it start.....what maintenance/checks should be performed?
