i have a 1993 cheenoe 35hp stick steer great boat love it bu as im running down the river when it trims out or i think its trimmed out and i go to full throttle it whines like it runs outta water and reves high i let off the throttle it goes back to normal any ideas also can i put an electric tilt and trim on the motor? thankns for any advise or help
