How to Start on Oil Rigs?

I am looking to get started in the oil and gas industry and dont have any expeirence.I have been a welder/fabricator for the past 10 years and in the last 2 years been promoted to crane operator.I have my greenhand course and a medical and have tried alot of companies and still have had no interest.please can you help? |
