How to Remove a Fuse Block on a Ranger Bass Boat

I'm having trouble finding an electrical problem on my 2000 Ranger Bass boat. All of my electronics have quit and I'm blowing the fuse to one on the aireator(sp). I want to remove the fuse block but I can't get it out. Possibly got wet last year. Any help on how to remove the fuse block or any other suggestions on were to start would be appreciated. Or if anyone knows where I can down load a service manual. thanks in advance
