It aint all a scam Yeah they say they will pass you CV on to companys they dont do exactly the let you fill out a application form about yourself and they send that off to the companys. However you do get access to all the oil companys abroad and there web sites and you have to go in to there sites and submitt you Cv direct to them after you have filled out there application pages.
