how do I apply for offshore dispatching/warehouse jobs?

I have worked offshore for Offshore Catering companies, was a Supervisor, BR hand, Galley Hand. I am currently HUET Certified, I have 18 years with the Dept.of Corrections, P.O.S.T. Certified Officer, years of Safety Training, Construction Services, Excellent Communication Skills. I also have good warehouse skills, controlling, ordering and issuing construction tools.I liked working offshore, I am single, free to go, stay as long as need to. I hate working in Corrections!
