How can you help, plse??

Well, to start off with, I was previously an airline crew member for 15yrs and for the past 7yrs have been working in the Catering & Hospitality industry. I feel that the time has come to change directions and as I have had loads of interests in the oil rig employment, I wonder if you can suggest what sort of jobs are there for people like me.
