Oil is leaking at the top of the motor and coming down on the starboard side of the motor.

The oil dipstick showed the oil had gone down3 around 25% for not a long time running the motor on the water.

Someone thought it could be an issue with the crank seal.

There is no visible seal. The oil seems to be picked up on the belt and then spraying oil on the starboard side.

Brake cleaner was sprayed and let to dry, but it didn't show any clear source for the oil.

If the crank needs to have the belt released to see if the seal is leaking, are special tools required to loosen the belt and access the crank?

Thanks
