Fire saftey supervisor

Am diploma in mechanical engineer holder, and also Diploma in Fire management course, Have STCW 95 course certificate, my work experience is 2 year construction site saftey engineer, 2 year mobile tower maintenance suoervisor, and 3 year fire alarm and fire fighting inspector( Dubai ). Is all these qualification and experience is enough to get job in offshore/onshore oil rig as fire saftey job?
