faulty gauges on new power boat

Have just bought our first boat a 6.5 metre power boat. The petrol gauge was faulty from the start - it ran backwards - when it was fixed we found the rev counter and trim gauges no longer worked. The mechanics do not seem to know why. Can anyone help? |
