Fast idle?

I just recently bought a 1989 tracker magna with a 1989 tracker by evinrude 60hp outboard. I assume the controls are 1989 and right from the manufacturer. I do not have a clue how to fast idle this motor. Onmy old omc controls, there was a lever, but nothing like that here. Any suggestions? thanks for your time.
