Verify you have power to the selenoid, then Check for loose wire connections on the selinoid and also verify selenoid is functional. If all of these are found good, It may also be a bad connection in the wiring to and from the tilt and trim switch. If all of these are found good, your trim and tilt motor may be bad and need replacement.
