Engine starts but dies as soon as you let go of the key

Starter went bad, Volvo Penta GM 5.7, I replaced starter and wired solinode Purple wire at 3:00 and wouldn't crank and I realized I wired it wrong. I changed yellow & red wire at 3:00 and the purple wire at 9:00. It now cranks and runs until you let go of key. I jumped + pos. side of coil and well stay running. Is there a fuse I blew when I wired it wrong?
