Engine Continuous Alarm Until BOTH engines Started

I have a 1998 Maxum 3000 SCR with twin 4.3L 6's. Recently an odd problem started up... I start my starboard or port engine and the alarms continue until I start the other engine and they STOP!

All runs fine... Temps are good, Oil pressures good, Outdrive fluids are full.

Then when I go to stop the engines, the starboard engine will stop when I turn off the key, but if I stop the port engine first, it will not shut down until I shut down the starboard engine.

Any ideas where to start looking?
