Dashboard clicking like a geiger counter

I have a 16.5ft lund fisherman and the last time I was out something on or behind the instrument panel (dashboard) starting clicking like a geiger counter (that device used to detect radioactivity); another description would be the clicking or pulsing of a metal detector. The battery guage also began dipping. Does anyone have an idea what this may be and where to look? |
