Checking out a gas tank for a 1994 Starcraft (Starcaster 1700)

I recently purchased a 17' aluminum Starcraft. The gas tank appears to be located under the deck between the battery compartment and the livewell. This boat has not been used for about 3 years. What is the best way to inspect the tank and the hoses? Also how can I drain the tank? |
