changing field from Oil & Gas construction to Rig field as a hse officer.

I am S.V. Balu. I did my course Mechanical Engineering (3 years) and International Safety Management (1Year) course and I completed 13 trainings from PDO & National training Institute. And I am doing B.TEC.(Chemical Engineering)Presently I am working as a SR. HSE ADVISOR with Oman's British company the group of Interserve. And presently I am handling Petrolium Development of Oman's project. My total experience is 9 Years. 3.5 Years in Engineer in piping and 5.5 years in Safety different roles like safety engineer, hse advisor and senior hse advisor. I want to change my field from Oil & Gas construction to Rig field. Is there any possible to change my field? Please give me answer and solution. Thanks & Regards, S.V. Balu.
