Change of career from civil engineer to offshore

Hi, I have 7 years experience in the construction industry working as a civil engineer. I have HND in civil engineering along with various other construction tickets such as first aid,cscs and Health and safety managers ticket. I am very interested in a career offshore and would be very great full for any advice on weather my qualifications would be any advantage and where to start looking. Many thanks
