Cant raise or lower my engine coming in. Pulled up to dock got it on the trailer and now engine will not start. I bypassed the switch and cut the wires to raise the engine.red(power. Grean up or down. And blue up or down. It worked for a few minutes boat would crank. Thought is was switch but now bacck to same problems.all other electric is fine. Fuses look good.would like to know a good idea, or find a way to trouble shoot it. 99 yamaha 115 outboard
