boat wont start

I have a 1987 bayliner capri i/o with a 3.0 engine and a OMC drive.i had to boat running a couple of years ago but it has sat since. ive tried to restart it many times and it will not start. i seems to me like im not getting any spark or any fuel ive checked them both. i replaced the plugs and wires on the enigne. does any body have any other ideas! please help! and i have also sprayed starter fluid in the carb and it will not start but it does crank like hell |
