Boat live-well starts then stops

Hello, I have a 2002 Chris-Craft 410 that i recently purchased from a friend. However the live-well works for the first few minutes upon starting and then cuts out. It appears as though the hose disconnects or comes undone by itself. Is there a special adhesive I could use or clamp maybe that would fix this problem without having to undergo major repairs?
