best pay for a exp chef

I have offshore exp when I was 20yrs old. Ive been a chef at top 4 & 5 star hotels for 20yrs. Now I'm divorced and want to travel . For some reason I get no responce from cruise ships . How about other types of special ships or catering on a oil rigs. What is the best paying job in this area. When I worked off shore 20yrs. ago they paid for your airline ticket to and from Homer LA. I understand that dosent happen anymore. That would be expensive if you live out of state. I was hoping some research or exploer or spicialty ships would need gourmet chefs? I want to travel and make lots of tax free money if its out there, can you steer me down the right path. Thanks and best regards, Terry Paxton
