bench seat on a 1994 364V Ranger boat

I am trying to find out where the screws are that is keeping my bench seat on my 1994 364V Ranger boat from being pulled up. I have looked in the live well and there are no screws leading to the back of the bench seat. Also is there somewhere I could purchase a manual for my boat? Thank you for any assistance
