I have a '94 392v so if your bench seat is like mine the screws are beind the passenger and driver side under rear seat panel.
The panel hinges between the top of the seat and the back deck. Slide a putty knife between the fabric bead and the fabric edge. Get you fingers in there and work it out a little at a time. you can do this on both sides of each panel. The panel has velcro holding to the molded seat and the bottom edge is hard to get over the back deck so its not easy. But be patient and you will work it out. Once open there will be 3 screws securing the seat to a plate. Once both sides have the screws removed, slide the seat forward a bit and lift out. There are 2 metal tabs in the front that slide into a slot in the molded seat to secure the front.
