Good Morning,

I am interested in either a Simrad or Raymarine basic unit complete. I do no require anything too fancy or complicated. Based on my boat specs I would like your opinion on which unit would be best.

I have a 30 foot 25000 lb 32 foot semi displacement fibreglass boat. I have a 200 hp inboard with hydraulic steering (no pump). A lot of my boating is in windy conditions ( 4 to 6 Buford) & I cruise at 8 knots max 10.
