A Vintage Cottage to complement your boat?

75 feet from Fisher's Island Sound and facing Noank Harbor, I have a vintage shingled cottage built in 1917.

Just a few homes like this remain on the Groton Long Point peninsula, which is in eastern Connecticut, 12 miles east of Watch Hill, Rhode Island.

Although I may sell at sometime in the future, right now I am happy to rent to a responsbile, respectful tenant-- perhaps someone taking advantage of the local yacht clubs and marinas-- several are within walking distance of the house.

This is a 'year round home. Minimum rental 2 weeks, with preference given to full-season tenant. It is available for the latter part of July onwards.
