The Detroit show is now over and next year it will be and better than ever so start planning your trip now. Final show attendance for the 48th Annual Detroit-Boat-Show which ran February 18 – 26, 2006 at Cobo Center in Detroit was 79,934 up 5.7% over 2005, and the 2007 Detroit Show scheduled for February 10 - 18.

More than 75,000 Michigan residents visited the show with more than 200 exhibitors and a 1000 new model boats of all types and sizes. Serious buyers can shop more than 200 exhibitors, seeing ski boats, fishing boats, cabin cruisers, bow riders, pontoons and personal watercraft. Sailboats are back and the Detroit Show was pleased to be showing in 2006 show a Beneteau 343 and 323; a new model EdgeWater 228 and a 17-foot hunter.
