89 evinrude 88 special

After running awhile engine rpm drops to 2200 and engine seems starved for fuel. Pumping bulb raises rpm momentarily. Carb bowls are lapped plastic. I'm thinking sucking air through carb bowls or weak fuel pump???

i've done those carbs,a common problem buy the carb kits w bottom bowl and floats> Not too hard to do
