88 renken classic wont drive straight

i bought an 88 renken classic, has a stingray on it with adjustable fins to help it track, ive adjusted them about every way i can, and cant seem to fix the problem, the boat seems fine when im just puttering around, but when i open it up it tracks to the right pretty bad. when i go to correct it with the steering it leans to the left pretty hard. so i end up going straight with the boat leaning left, is there any way i can fix this?
