4.3 litre mercruiser wil not turn over

I have a 2001 4.3 mercruiser, replaced the battery cleaned terminals, check fuses, will not turn over and the radio and dash board will not power, but the bilge, blower and horn all work? Can anyone offer any suggestions? |
