Motor will start and idle fine, water pump working (spitting out water), runs forward and back at idle speed. Motor was running at full speed pulling tuber and slowed down to idle speed and has only operated at idle since. Used new fuel and checked under cover and found no obvious problems. Any assistance or suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!
