302 Cobra starting problems

Just bought a 1989 19' VIP 302 corbra inboard motor boat. The engine was overhauled before I bought it but not finished with the final hook up. Finished that and re carpeted the inside. Having trouble getting it to start. It turns over but will not start.Checked the fuel filter and it has fuel but is not full.Any ideas on what to do to get it to start? |
