Boat had been setting on the trailer for about a year. Owner had put on the cuff and started the motor on and off. Bought the boat, starts good and runs good. About one and I/2 hour at speed loses about one and I/2 quarts into the bilge. Checked everything. Oil sender, filter, etc. Thought maybe with engine not running often enough it could have torn the rear main seal when he started it up. |
